Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) Compliance
CEECAT Fund II and CEECAT Fund III promote environmental and social characteristics at asset level. The portfolio companies of the Partnerships operate in various sectors. In order to cover the variety of their investments and sectoral issues, the Partnerships adopt a 2-level strategy. Therefore, the Partnerships have defined indicators for each characteristic that will be monitored at asset level. The data on these indicators are consolidated at the Partnership level to monitor the achievement of the characteristics promoted by each Partnership. The list of indicators may be updated and reviewed annually to take into account new issues or regulatory developments.
